Dog Poop Health Reports

Your dogs poop is window into its overall health. Changes in appearance can mean many different things and most of them are not good things. If you hire a pooper scooper service, how are you supposed to know about any potential health issues if we don't tell you? You dogs health is the most important thing to us.

We send you text message reminders at 8 a.m. on the day of service just in case you need a reminder to keep your dog in or do whatever you need to do. We also send you another text message when we are about 10 minutes away so you always know when Poo Squad will be at your home.

You'll notice very quickly that we always wear bright orange. That is for a reason! We want you to know exactly who is at your house, when they are going to be there, how long they have been there and when they leave. We arrive in our branded trucks and are always rocking the iconic Poo Squad orange.

Anyone on team Poo Squad will be able to show you their Poo Squad company ID at any time. You can tap it with your phone or scan the QR code to pull up the background check verified Poo Squad company profile for that team member. Knowing exactly who is at your home and you being able to verify if you wish is important.

You didn't think we were done with reports yet did ya? We also send you a photo of your closed and latched gate when we are done with service and are leaving your property. We want you to be able to let your little buddy out of the house when you get home without having to go double check the gate.

Did you know that 1 gram of dog poop has over 23 million fecal coliform bacteria? It's pretty gross and we can get into all of the nasty science behind it but you don't want to hear all about that. Just know that your family and pet's health are our top priorities. We properly sanitize all of our tools, equipment and shoes between yards to prevent cross contamination.
What to expect with Poo Squad Service

We come to your home at whatever frequency that you prefer, pick up all of the dog poop and haul it off with us. We have 2 times a week, weekly, biweekly and monthly pick up options. We also offer sanitation and deodorizer service. Does your backyard stink? We can take care of that for you too!

We provide dog waste removal service for many commercial properties including hotels, apartments and retirement communities. For commercial properties, we offer pooper scooper services, dog waste station installation and service as well as dog wash station sanitation and deodorizer service.

Poo Squad recently partnered with a Silicon Valley tech start up SERV. You can check that out in a little more detail at poosquad.com

Poo Squad Manhattan provides pooper scooper services to Manhattan, Junction City, Fort Riley, Ogden, Riley, St. George and Wamego, Kansas. We service the highway 24 corridor, St. George and Wamego and Tuesdays. We are in Ogden, Fort Riley and Junction City on Wednesdays.
We wish we had a better answer for this but the only things you can really do with dog poop are throw it away, flush it, or compost it. With the amount of waste that we process every week, flushing it and composting it are out of the question at this point. We are on a mission to figure out how we can recycle it! We have some pretty promising leads on being able to burn the methane out of it so who knows. Someday when it is feasible and the technology is available, we will get it figured out!
Yes. We do A LOT of one time clean ups throughout the year but especially during the winter and early spring. If you would like to schedule a clean up from December - June, it is always best to schedule a couple of weeks ahead of time.
No. We do not offer contracts. We believe you should be able to fire us at any time if we are not doing our job.
Yes. Our first time clean up fee is based on the amount that we pick up. It is $45 for the first 5 gallon bucket and $20 for each additional bucket. For example: 3.5 buckets would be $45 for the first bucket, $20 for the second and third buckets and $10 for the last half bucket 45+20+20+10=95
Yes. You can pause service whenever you like but we only pause billing for 1 month at a time so there are no discounts or refunds if you are going out of town for a few days.
We will still scoop if you have long grass or debris in your yard. We will not however, flip over every leaf in your yard looking for dog poop. We will get what we see on the surface and will get the rest on our next visit. If you are booking a one time clean up, it is best to have your yard recently mowed and have no debris or leaves.
No. As long as we have access to the area needing cleaned, there is no need to make any special arrangements. If it weren't for our notifications, you would probably never even know we are there.
Very rarely but yes. There are certain times where we can not safely scoop. If there is sever weather or an accumulation of snow, we cannot scoop. We also take off from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving until the Monday after. We also take off the week between Christmas and New Year Day. We do not offer refunds for the missed scoops. We still have the same amount to pick up on our next visit. It is very, very rare that we would have ever have to skip your house more than 1-2 days per year but it all depends on the weather. Also, if your gate is locked and we cannot get ahold of you or if you have dogs that are acting aggressive, we will try to knock, text and call you. If we can't get ahold of you, we will skip your house and won't be back until the following scheduled pick up.
Absolutely! We get this question a lot because most of you are not home throughout the day when we are there but you would still like to tip your scooper. You can always tip your scooper online at this link if you can't catch them during one of your clean ups.
Ummm... Yeah! If we don't currently have Poo Squad in your area and you would like to license our brand, we would love to chat. Hit up careers.poosquad.com and record a quick video and we will get back to you asap!
Yes. Just shoot an email to [email protected] and we will get you fixed up.
At this time, we only pick up dog poop. We love chickens too but we do not clean their coops.
Great question! Our team LOVES their jobs so it's pretty rare that we ever have any open positions. You can always check out careers.poosquad.com and see what is available though!
